Working With Black Males

Historically, Black males and men of color have been targeted by negative images that permeate the American Culture and Globally. It begins in early education when they are labeled. We must begin to change the violent past of oppression and systemic racism that is embedded in in our genetic coding and DNA. The attention is directed toward developing skills to encourage Black males to become leaders. Empower young men to grow into responsible adults by encouraging, recognizing, and developing hands-on programs to build advance leadership skills.
