Valuing Diversity

Communication is the key to increase understanding of other ethnic and cultural groups, identify systems that perpetrate racism, mental health, handicap accessible, gender bias and provide opportunities to interact in a way that helps us to recognize common attitudes, beliefs, and experiences.
