What is the Spirit? An internal power that builds awareness of trauma and its affect. This power guides us to discovering the Spirit within that enables us to develop coping skills and tools for life navigation. When a person can integrate life’s experiences (good and bad) they are building coping skills and redefining their ability to walk through a storm. This too will pass.
